Terms for using Kvisl.

1. The service

Kvisl provides software for documenting the making of physical work, sharing client progress, recording handoff, issuing certification and maintaining a permanent digital record. The service may change as features are improved, added or removed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in methods and for activity performed through your account. Information you enter should be accurate enough for the records you create.

3. Client links and records

Private Piece links are bearer links and should be shared only with the intended client or recipient. You are responsible for deciding what client information, production details and media you choose to publish through Kvisl.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of information and media you upload. You grant Kvisl the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content so the service can function. Once a production record or final maker message is sealed, the immutable portions of that record are governed by the Permanent Record Policy and the product’s data-sovereignty rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Kvisl to break the law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or create misleading records intended to deceive third parties.

6. Plans, subscription prices and billing

Kvisl offers a Free plan at $0. Kvisl Pro is priced at $11.99 USD per month or $110 USD per year. The annual option is billed as one $110 charge for 12 months. Applicable taxes or legally required charges may be added and will be shown before payment.

Kvisl Pro checkout is not yet open. The Subscribe control shown before launch does not collect payment. When paid subscriptions become available, a paid subscription will start only after you explicitly select a paid plan and confirm checkout.

Once paid subscriptions are available, recurring subscriptions will renew at the selected monthly or annual interval unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself delete an already sealed permanent record. Refund eligibility, where applicable, follows applicable law and any additional checkout terms shown before purchase.

If subscription pricing changes, the new price applies prospectively and will be presented before a future renewal or purchase as required by applicable law. Kvisl will not silently change the amount of an already completed billing period.

7. Availability and warranties

Kvisl is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Certificates and production records are workflow records generated from submitted information; they are not independent legal, valuation or physical-authenticity opinions.
